Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Spralli when you use the app to practise English with the community.

Who can use Spralli

  • Spralli is a community for practising English. By creating an account you confirm the details you give us are accurate.
  • You must be old enough to use an online service where you are. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please don't use Spralli.

Your account

  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
  • Pick a username that doesn't impersonate someone else. We may reclaim usernames that break this.

How you may use it

  • Be kind. Spralli is for learning, not for harassment, hate speech, threats, or spam.
  • Don't post sexual content involving minors, illegal content, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
  • Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it to send bulk unsolicited messages.

Content you post

  • You keep ownership of the posts, comments, messages, and images you create.
  • You grant Spralli permission to store, display, and share that content as needed to run the features you use (for example showing your post in other learners' feeds).
  • Only post content you have the right to share.

AI features

  • Some features use Google's Gemini API to generate feedback, rephrasing, and safety checks.
  • AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgement — they are study aids, not professional or factual guarantees.

Moderation and enforcement

  • We may review, limit, hide, or remove content and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm the community.
  • Where reasonable we'll explain why, but we can act immediately to protect people from harm.

Service as-is

  • Spralli is provided "as is" while we keep building it. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit a specific purpose.
  • To the extent the law allows, Spralli isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes and contact

  • We may update these terms as Spralli grows; we'll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Spralli means you accept the current terms.
